As a renovation project, it faced a tight schedule, limited space, significant design challenges (many valves and instruments needed to be reused), and the construction area was closely adjacent to the gas production zone, requiring exceptionally high safety standards, which severely impacted the normal construction progress.

Liu Weiwei is providing on-site technical guidance

Dr. Liu Jiapeng, the company's Chief Engineer, and the design team conducted on-site surveys and developed the design plan. Under the coordination and organization of the company's leadership and procurement department, large equipment arrived on schedule. On March 6th, the demolition of old equipment and the hoisting of new equipment were successfully completed as per the planned timeline. To ensure the progress targets, on-site construction personnel carried out intensive "day and night" and "5+2" (5 days of work + 2 days of overtime) operations, racing against time. By March 26th, in accordance with the project milestone requirements, the project completed the external insulation of the equipment and site cleanup, which also marked the conclusion of the project's installation phase.
